We offer free shipping to Continental USA (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) on all online orders over $100 subject to the following conditions:
- Most smaller shipments within the US will be sent via UPS Ground, but we do make use of USPS on occasion.
- Larger shipments may be split into multiple packages and/or sent via LTL carrier. We will make contact with you should we wish to use LTL carriers.
- Packages with pieces longer than 46″ will be subject to a $12 long package surcharge.
- We currently only offer free shipping for online purchases to Continental USA (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).
- Discounted Shipping via USPS available for Hawaii and Alaska for orders over $100
- If you want to ship elsewhere, please drop us an email and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- Free shipping applies to online orders only.
- $100 minimum is based on final total only (i.e. after all coupons and discounts)
- International shipping is via USPS or UPS.
- Please select UPS if your domestic postal service is unreliable.
- Due to cites restrictions, we are unable to ship certain species internationally. These include all Rosewoods (including African Blackwood, Kingwood and Tulipwood), Afrormosia, Bubinga, Kosso and Pernambuco.
- Packages are shipped out Tuesday through Friday.
- We pride ourselves on speedy packing and whenever possible will ship packages on order date or the next business day.
- Any order placed after 10am on a Friday will most likely be shipped on the following Tuesday.
- We will do our best to keep you updated should there be any delays in pickup due to ourselves, our shipping partners or the weather.
